1. Fulfillment Origin & Processing Times

  • Fulfillment Center: All standard inventory and custom-modified enclosures are securely packed and dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China.
  • Standard Orders: Off-the-shelf, unmodified chassis are typically processed, quality-checked, and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Custom CNC / Fabrication Orders: Custom-punched, laser-cut, or bespoke surface-finished items require dedicated production lead times. Your exact fabrication timeline will be detailed in your custom engineering quotation.

2. International Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We partner with major global freight networks to ensure secure cross-border delivery. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the order placement date:

  • Express Courier (DHL / FedEx / SF International): Estimated 5–9 business days. Highly recommended for heavy mild steel cases, rackmount chassis, and time-sensitive commercial projects.
  • Standard Airmail / ePacket Tracking: Estimated 12–25 business days depending on destination customs clearance speeds. Best suited for smaller, lightweight project components.

Please note: Delivery timelines may experience extended delays during peak global holidays or severe weather events.

3. Shipping Rates & Mixed Cart Calculations

Because metal enclosures are dense and heavy, shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total combined weight of the items in your shopping cart and your target delivery country. To ensure accurate billing and prevent damage, our weights include the structural cardboard box and high-density protective foam packaging layers.

4. Customs, Import Duties, and Local Taxes

Since all items are sent via international air freight from China, your shipment may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance processing fees upon entering your country.

  • All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • The recipient is entirely responsible for settling any local import charges or handling fees imposed by their national customs authority.
  • SUNeMALL cannot predict or control these regional tax rates. We advise checking your country’s import guidelines before ordering high-volume goods.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Disputes

As soon as your shipment leaves our Dongguan warehouse facility, an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your registered address. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the freight courier to update the initial scan status online.

If your tracking records state the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the local courier branch immediately using your tracking details, or email us at info@sunemall.com.
