Refund policy

At SUNeMALL, we take great pride in the quality of our engineering and manufacturing. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Standard Off-the-Shelf Enclosures

For standard, unmodified products (such as stock aluminium project boxes or standard rackmount chassis):

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, un-drilled, and returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on metal enclosures that have been scratched, modified, or populated with components.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Custom CNC & Laser Modified Items (Non-Refundable)

Because custom items are built or modified exactly to your unique engineering blueprints, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any custom-ordered products once manufacturing has commenced.

This includes enclosures that have undergone custom CNC drilling, laser cutting, bespoke anodizing, or custom silk-screen branding. Please double-check all CAD drawings (.DXF/.STEP) and dimensions thoroughly before approving your production quote.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your metal enclosures arrive damaged from transit, or if there is a manufacturing defect that deviates from your approved specifications:

  • Contact us at info@sunemall.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear digital photographs of the damage or defect.
  • If the error is on our end or caused by the shipping courier, we will manufacture and ship a replacement item to you immediately at no additional cost, or issue a full refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your authorized return is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal) within 5–7 business days.
