Welcome to Sunemall.com. These Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you and Sunemall.com ("Sunemall.com" or "us") governing your participation on the Sunemall.com site. Colors
We have made significant efforts to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sunemall.com and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site or any breach by you of these Terms of Use.
Taxes
All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. We cannot determine these fees during the checkout process. For more information, please contact your local customs office. In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.
Shipping
We ship from Hong Kong and it usually take about 2 to 3 weeks shipping time. PLEASE DO NOT BUY from us if you don't accept out shipping policy.
Refer Friend
Sunemall's Refer Friend program is a Qualifying Activity by which you may earn a discount code if a customer you refer makes a qualifying purchase on the Site. To participate, refer friends who are not current Sunemall customer and who have never purchased a product from the Site (“New User”) and makes an initial purchase in www.sunemall.com
PLEASE NOTE THAT WHENEVER YOU DECIDE TO SHARE THE LINK YOU MUST TELL YOUR FRIENDS THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A DISCOUNT CODE IF THEY MAKE A QUALIFYING PURCHASE.
Sunemall reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Refer Friend program either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Sunemall will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Refer Friend program.
Termination
You can cancel your account at any time by contacting Customer Support. We can cancel your account or otherwise refuse service to you at any time for any reason (including repeat infringement).
