How long will delivery take?

10-14 working days (standard delivery). 

If you would like to receive the goods faster, you can select and pay for a faster delivery method. Pls Contact Us for detail.

Note: 

1) Free shipments can not be on chase for using a tracking number.

2) Due to heightened aviation security measures taken by the United States of America (USA) concerning mail transportation to the country, all air mail services to the USA are subject to delay until further notice.



What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Standard delivery to the USA from our Online Shop is FREE SHIPPING! If you would like to receive the goods faster, you can select and pay for a faster delivery method. 



Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payment by PayPal. You can pay via checking account using PayPal. For more information, visit  www.paypal.com .

  • Buyers don't even need a PayPal account
  • Paypal is accepted major credit cards.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation by email. After processing the order the package will then be sent the same day, or at the latest, the following work day. With payments made by bank transfer, the package will be sent as soon as the payment is received.



Will I receive a payment confirmation email after placing my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal and a order confirmation from us. Do not reply to this email.

Please check your junk mail folder as it may get marked as spam. Please let  us know if you do not receive this email.



Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes (if you request),  you'll receive the invoice as a PDF by email.



Is my information secure using this site?

Your privacy and the security of your personal data is of utmost importance to us:

I have not yet received my delivery, although the online shop says the delivery time for my country has already passed.

In individual cases dispatch delays, which SUNeMALL has no influence over may occur. These may differ from country to country. Please Contact Us with the details of your invoice and/or order number.



I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

All orders received will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days after your payment has cleared. Orders are sent via Post so please allow enough time for packing, dispatch and postage. 

If you still have not received your order or received notification after 21 days then you must contact us. Once we learn an order has not arrived by estimated date we will lodge enquiries with the Post. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.


Do I have to pay a customs duty for the goods?

After a shipment reaches your country it might be subject to import duties and taxes. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, contact your local customs office for further information. Please be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.



How do I cancel my order?

Due to our fast shipping process, it is not always possible to  cancel an order once it has been placed. Once the order has been processed, you will need to return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. All returned items must be returned unused, new and all original packing materials and accessories. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You (Buyer) need to pays for all return shipping charges.



Do you have a catalog?

SUNeMALL.com does not offer a catalog. All of our products can be viewed and ordered on our website.



Do you ship outside the US?

We can take orders for ALMOST anywhere in the world, but you need to pay delivery charges. Please purchase all items through our website, and be sure to list your correct billing address (incorrect billing addresses may result in cancelled orders). 



Can my order be shipped to a P.O Boxes address?

We ONLY accept order through paypal physical Confirmed Address ( order cannot deliver to P.O. boxes address) .
