My experience at the Qatar Airways Bangkok Office before I travelled was very good. All the personnel there were very attentive, courteous, and extremely professional. I received all the help I needed in terms of my ticket amendments, along with information regarding my flights and baggage allowance. It was done very professionally and efficiently, with no delay on my part. My experience there was very impressive because of the quality of customer services offered by the personnel at the office.
