Super Fildena is considered a strong erectile dysfunction (ED) medication compared to standard sildenafil-only tablets. It is a combination medicine, typically containing: Sildenafil citrate (usually 100 mg) ? helps achieve and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow. Dapoxetine (usually 60 mg) ? used to help delay ejaculation and manage premature ejaculation. Because it combines two active ingredients, Super Fildena is often described as “strong” or “dual-action.” It is designed for men who have both erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation, Super Fildena than ED alone. However, “strong” does not mean “better for everyone.” The added dapoxetine increases the chance of side effects such as: headache nausea or dizziness dry mouth fatigue low blood pressure or lightheadedness It also requires more caution in people with heart problems, liver/kidney issues, or those taking antidepressants or nitrate medicines.
