Tadalista can sometimes cause dizziness, and in a few cases this may feel like loss of balance, but it is not one of the most common side effects.
TADALISTA contains tadalafil, a PDE-5 inhibitor that relaxes blood vessels and increases blood flow. This vasodilation can also lead to a temporary drop in blood pressure, especially when standing up quickly. When blood pressure drops, a person may feel lightheaded, unsteady, or “off balance.”
Most people do not experience true balance disorders (like inner-ear problems), but rather brief dizziness or faintness that can be mistaken for imbalance.
If someone experiences mild dizziness, it usually improves as the medicine wears off. However, severe or repeated loss of balance, fainting, chest pain, or vision changes should be taken seriously and requires medical attention.
Tadalista can indirectly cause a feeling of imbalance due to dizziness or low blood pressure, but persistent or severe symptoms are uncommon and should be medically evaluated.
