I recently discovered this gelatin trick recipe and have been hooked on making layered, colorful desserts. The transparency and shine make each piece look like a gemstone or a piece of stained glass. It’s surprisingly easy once you get the hang of pouring at the right temperature and giving each layer enough time to set.
