I had the exact same frustration before switching. Since moving to Affordable Waste Management https://affordablewastemanagement.co.uk/ , things have been much more predictable. Collections happen when they’re supposed to, which is a big relief. Communication is also better compared to what I had before. I don’t have to chase them for updates. It just works as expected. That alone made a big difference.
