I recently traveled with Cathay Pacific and had a really smooth experience at the Cathay Pacific ZRH Terminal. The check-in process was quick, and the staff were helpful and professional, which made the start of my journey stress-free. Security and boarding were also well organized, so everything moved efficiently without long delays. Located at Zurich Airport, the terminal itself is clean, modern, and easy to navigate, even if you’re not familiar with the layout. There are plenty of places to sit, along with good dining and shopping options to pass the time before boarding. Overall, I found the experience comfortable and well managed, and it definitely reflects Cathay Pacific’s reputation for quality service.
