Has anyone recently visited the British Airways Nairobi Office in Kenya? Planning a trip soon and considering handling everything in person instead of online. Sometimes it feels easier to speak directly with someone, especially for things like seat upgrades or schedule changes.
From what I have heard, the staff is quite helpful and can assist with bookings, baggage queries, and even travel requirements. Just curious about recent experiences.
