My uncle works at a warehouse near the airport and hurt his back lifting heavy boxes last month. He filed a claim but the insurance people keep calling him saying his injury is not serious enough for time off. He is stressed because bills are piling up and he cannot return to work yet. His English is limited so he does not understand all the papers they send. Has anyone dealt with this before and found good workers comp lawyers in phoenix who actually explain things clearly and fight for fair treatment? We really need someone who will listen and help.
