I recently tried creamy basmati rice and honestly, the texture is just different. It cooks soft but still stays long and separate. There’s a light natural aroma too which makes it perfect for biryani or even simple pulao. Not sure if everyone has noticed this, but the quality really matters when it comes to basmati. Anyone else here prefers creamy texture over regular rice?
