I’m evaluating different leadership and HR development programs and recently came across Mohammed Bawaji workshops. These workshops claim to focus on strategic thinking, behavioural change, and organisational alignment. While many workshops offer motivation, few provide long-term impact. Since Mohammed Bawaji HR strategist sessions are positioned as practical and outcome-driven, I’m curious about their real effectiveness. Are the workshops interactive? Do participants receive tools, templates, or action plans they can implement immediately? Has anyone here attended one of his workshops and seen positive changes in leadership behaviour, team collaboration, or HR effectiveness afterward? Also, how customised are these workshops based on industry, company size, or organisational culture? Real feedback from participants would help organisations decide whether these workshops are a worthwhile investment for long-term people and performance development.
