Silditop 50 mg is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The active ingredient in Silditop 50 mg is Sildenafil Citrate, which is the same active compound found in well-known ED treatments like Viagra.

Sildenafil works by inhibiting an enzyme called PDE5 (phosphodiesterase type 5), which normally breaks down a molecule called cGMP that helps relax blood vessels in the penis. By inhibiting PDE5, Sildenafil increases the levels of cGMP, allowing the blood vessels to relax and expand, which leads to improved blood flow to the penis during sexual arousal. This results in the ability to achieve and maintain an erection.

SILDITOP 50 MG is typically taken about 30–60 minutes before sexual activity. Its effects can last for up to 4–6 hours, depending on the individual.

Common side effects of Silditop 50 mg may include headache, dizziness, flushing, nasal congestion, or indigestion. These side effects are usually mild and temporary. In rare cases, more serious side effects such as prolonged erections or sudden vision changes may occur.

Silditop should only be used under medical supervision, especially for those with heart problems, liver issues, or those on certain medications.
