Hello, The British Airways Johannesburg Office made my trip to see my folks considerably easier. Their staff was really helpful and made sure I had no problems at all, from reserving my ticket to boarding. They gave me advice on how to make my trip comfortable, walked me through the immigration process, and described the structure of the airport. I was able to avoid lengthy lines and needless delays at the airport thanks to the help staff's quick handling of everything. I felt relieved and confident that I would have no trouble reaching my folks after the entire process.
