If your rr.com email is rejecting your password, it may simply be incorrect due to an outdated or mistyped entry. Spectrum manages Roadrunner accounts now, so using the wrong portal during your rr.com email login attempt may also cause rejection. Make sure you're logging in through Spectrum’s official webmail site. Another possibility is that the account was locked after multiple failed attempts. Waiting a few minutes before retrying often helps. If your password truly needs resetting, use the “Forgot Password” option on the roadrunner email login page. Verification will be sent to your recovery phone or email. If these recovery methods are outdated, Spectrum support may need to verify your identity manually. Sometimes browser autofill saves an old password, so clearing saved credentials can also resolve the issue.
