I’m in the middle of designing packaging for a new natural skincare brand and can’t decide between brown kraft boxes or sleek white ones. While looking through The Packaging World, I noticed their Custom Shipping Boxes and Custom Cosmetic Boxes come in both styles, but I’m torn. The kraft look feels earthy and eco-friendly, while the white design gives off a clean, luxury vibe.

I want my packaging to reflect both sustainability and quality. For those of you who’ve launched skincare or organic brands, what did you choose? Did your box color affect customer perception or brand recognition? Any advice would be super helpful as I finalize my first print run.
