Eat to Grow
The primary objective of Agario is to grow your cell. You can do this by consuming the small, static cells scattered across the map, as well as by eating other players' cells that are smaller than you. The more you eat, the bigger you get, and the higher you can climb on the leaderboard.
Strategic Splitting
A key mechanic in Agario is the ability to split your cell. When you're large enough, you can press a button to split your cell into two or more smaller pieces. This is a crucial strategy for attacking smaller, faster cells or for making a quick escape from a larger rival.
Virus and Mass Ejection
The game features stationary "viruses" that can be used to your advantage. If a large cell runs into a virus, it will burst into many smaller pieces, making it vulnerable to attack. You can also eject mass from your cell, which is useful for feeding a teammate or for luring a rival into a virus.
