Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone here has successfully received their cashback refund from Sunemall after making a purchase. I bought a pair of sneakers during one of their promo campaigns (the "Back to School Cashback" thing) and the deal said the cashback would be processed automatically within 14 business days.
It’s been almost 3 weeks now, and I haven’t seen anything hit my account. I’ve checked my spam folder, my wallet section on the app, and even reached out to support (still waiting on a reply).
If you’ve gone through the cashback process before:
How long did it actually take for you to get your refund?
Did it show up in your Sunemall wallet or was it transferred to your bank/card?
Did you have to follow up manually or was it really automatic?
Just trying to figure out if I should be patient or start escalating. Appreciate any insights!
