I recently went to the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to sort out a flight issue and wanted to check how others experienced it. Personally, the staff were friendly and handled my request clearly once I reached the counter. The wait was about 30 minutes, and parking nearby was a bit tricky, but having face-to-face support made the process much simpler than managing it online or over the phone.
Has anyone else visited the Melbourne office recently? Did the staff resolve your issue efficiently, and were the wait times reasonable? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
