I recently visited the Air Tanzania Kinshasa Office in Congo , and it was actually very helpful. I needed to make changes to my flight and wasn’t sure about some baggage rules. The staff were polite, spoke clearly, and helped me understand everything. It’s way easier than dealing with online changes sometimes. If you're in Congo and flying with Air Tanzania, I’d recommend stopping by the office. It saves time and gives peace of mind knowing everything is sorted in person.
