Tadalista 10 mg, which contains 10 mg of tadalafil, is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) by improving blood flow to the penis through the inhibition of the PDE5 enzyme. While generally safe and effective for many men, it is not safe to use in combination with nitrates.
Nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate) are commonly prescribed for chest pain (angina) and other heart conditions. When taken together with tadalafil, the combination can cause a dangerous and potentially life-threatening drop in blood pressure.
TADALISTA 10 MG works by relaxing blood vessels, which enhances blood flow but also lowers blood pressure. Nitrates have a similar effect. When both are taken at the same time, the body may not be able to maintain adequate blood pressure, leading to symptoms like dizziness, fainting, heart attack, or stroke.
Due to this serious risk, Tadalista 10 mg is strictly contraindicated in patients taking nitrates. If you are on nitrate therapy and experiencing ED, consult your healthcare provider for alternative treatment options that are safer and more compatible with your heart condition.
