Tadalista—which contains Tadalafil—does interact dangerously with nitrates, and the combination should be strictly avoided. Why the Interaction Is Dangerous: Tadalista (like all PDE5 inhibitors) lowers blood pressure by relaxing blood vessels. Nitrates (such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, or isosorbide mononitrate) also lower blood pressure. Combining the two can cause a sudden and severe drop in blood pressure, leading to: Fainting Heart attack Stroke Death (in extreme cases)  Do NOT Use Tadalista If You Take These Medications: Tadalista (often used for chest pain/angina) Isosorbide dinitrate or mononitrate Nitro spray, patches, or ointments Recreational drugs like "poppers" (amyl nitrate, butyl nitrate)  If You Take Nitrates: Do not use Tadalista or any Tadalafil-containing product (e.g., Cialis, Vidalista) Talk to your doctor about non-PDE5 alternatives for ED Never stop nitrates just to use ED medications—this can put your heart at risk Would you like help exploring safe alternatives for ED that won’t interact with nitrates, or are you taking any specific medications you'd like me to check for interactions?
