When I told my parents about my decision to join the armed forces, they were initially surprised but gradually became very supportive. They recognized the dedication and commitment required and appreciated my desire to serve the nation. My father, especially, was proud and often said that serving the country is one of the noblest professions. My mother was a bit worried about the risks involved, but over time, she understood the purpose behind my choice and stood by me with full support. Their belief in me strengthened my resolve to succeed. This question is often considered one of the best SSB questions for interview because it reflects not just your motivation, but also the support system you have behind you. The interviewer assesses your emotional maturity, family values, and how well you can handle expectations, which are crucial traits for a future officer in the armed forces.
