Hey everyone!
If you're just starting your journey with an Access Bars online course, welcome! I recently completed one myself and thought I'd share a few beginner tips that really helped me make the most of the experience. Whether you're learning for personal growth or planning to offer sessions professionally, these insights might come in handy:
1. Choose a Certified Facilitator Make sure the course you're enrolling in is taught by a certified Access Consciousness facilitator. This ensures you're learning the authentic technique and can eventually become a practitioner yourself, if you choose.
2. Understand the Basics First Before diving into practice, take time to truly understand the foundations of Access Bars therapy. The points on the head (the "bars") each correspond to different areas of life like money, control, creativity, etc. Knowing what each bar represents makes a huge difference when giving or receiving a session.
3. Practice with a Partner (Even Online!) If your course offers live online practice or buddy sessions—go for it! Practicing in real time helps build confidence. If not, consider finding a fellow student to connect with online to exchange sessions.
4. Don’t Rush the Learning Access Consciousness Bars is as much about energy as it is about technique. Be patient with yourself as you get comfortable. Your intuition will grow with practice.
5. Research Access Bars Session Prices If you're planning to offer sessions after your training, look into the Access Bars session price range in your area. Rates can vary widely, but knowing what’s standard helps you prepare if you're thinking about building a part-time or full-time practice.
6. Join the Access Consciousness Community Stay active in forums, groups, or local meetups. There's a lot of ongoing support, and it's a great way to continue learning and expanding your skills.
The Access Consciousness Bars method has been surprisingly effective for stress relief, mental clarity, and creating space in life—and the online learning format made it super flexible for me.
Anyone else here taking or considering an Access Bars online course? Would love to hear your thoughts or answer any questions for those just starting out!
