Hi all,
I’m currently house-hunting in the Houston area and have narrowed my options down to two places: Katy and Pearland. I’ve seen some great Homes For Sale In Katy TX, but I’ve also come across equally appealing houses for sale in Pearland — and now I’m stuck trying to decide which direction to go.
Katy seems to have everything a household would want — good schools, good neighborhoods, and lots of parks. The homes are very nice, especially in areas like Cinco Ranch and Firethorne. The Pearland houses are a little bit cheaper, and the region might offer me a shorter commute, especially taking into account the fact that I work near the Texas Medical Center.
I'm trying to weigh the pros and cons, and I would just be so happy if anyone who lives in either area would comment about their experience. What is your traffic, schools, neighborhood atmosphere, and quality of life like?
Are houses for sale in Katy TX worth the extra expense, or do Houses For Sale In Pearland give you greater value in general?
