Tadalista 20 contains tadalafil as its active ingredient and is primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. However, tadalafil, the active ingredient in Tadalista 20, can also be used to treat other medical conditions under the guidance of a healthcare provider. These conditions may include:

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH): Tadalafil is also approved for the treatment of BPH, a non-cancerous enlargement of the prostate gland that can cause urinary symptoms such as frequent urination, difficulty starting or maintaining urination, and weak urine flow.

Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Tadalafil Tadalista 20 mg is approved for the treatment of PAH, a type of high blood pressure that affects the arteries in the lungs and the right side of the heart. It helps improve exercise capacity and delay disease progression in people with PAH.

Raynaud's Phenomenon: Tadalafil may be used off-label to treat Raynaud's phenomenon, a condition that causes blood vessels in the fingers and toes to narrow, leading to coldness, numbness, and color changes in the affected areas.

Other Off-Label Uses: In some cases, healthcare providers may prescribe tadalafil off-label for conditions such as high-altitude pulmonary edema (HAPE), where it may help improve oxygenation and reduce symptoms associated with high altitude.
