Fildena is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It contains Sildenafil Citrate as its active ingredient, which is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection. Sildenafil generally has a duration of action of approximately 4-6 hours, providing a window of time during which sexual activity can occur. Side Effects: Common side effects may include headache, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, dizziness, and visual disturbances.
