Failure of an online credit card transaction for the ADA Credit Course might be caused by one of the following factors:
You provided an inaccurate Card Code (CVV) on the payment page. In this instance, the payment page will display the following message: You turned down this transaction. You must input the correct card code to address this problem.
Your credit card provider may have issued a hold on your credit card transaction. In this instance, the payment page will display the following message:
This transaction has been turned down. To fix this problem, contact your credit card issuer and request that any limits imposed on your credit card be removed. You may then resubmit your transaction online for your ADA Credits.
If a transaction is denied, you must return to Step 1 of the payment process to correctly enter the revised card information. If you resubmit the card information without returning to Step 1, the following problem notice may appear:
An error occurred when was submitted a duplicate transaction. You will NOT be charged twice if this error notice indicates that your transaction was unsuccessful. However, you must click the BACK button to return to Step 1 and resume the payment process to earn your ADA Credits.
