We understand somethings happen, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes before your booking. If you are late, we may be able to accommodate mississauga escape rooms you and still get you your full hour, if you are 15 minutes late to your booking time we may deduct time. If you are 30 minutes late it will be marked as a no show and no refunds will be issued.
