The tongue is a vital organ in our body. We use it to taste and eat. We use it to speak. Without it, we would have a hard time living. Here are some great bible verses about the tongue and how we should use it. This fact is acknowledged by Washington Irving, who once said that “the tongue is the only tool that gets sharper with use.” Likewise, according to Proverbs 18:21, “the tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
