Are you flying with Air Canada and your flight has been delayed? According to the Air Canada Delay Flight Compensation Policy, a delay of one hour or less will be considered a missed connection and subject to the missed connection rules, which include no compensation, delays between one and three hours will be compensated at 50 percent of the ticket price, delays from 3 to 5 hours will be compensated at 75 percent of the ticket price. Expedited international flights are not expected to exceed five hours, but if they do, Air Canada will compensate at 100 percent of the ticket price.
