Joining a 200 hour yoga teacher training in rishikesh was one of the most meaningful experiences of my life. Before arriving there, I only knew yoga as a form of exercise, but the training helped me understand the deeper side of yoga including meditation, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and self-discipline. The peaceful atmosphere of Rishikesh made the experience even more special because the city itself feels calm and spiritual. During the training, I met people from different countries and backgrounds, and everyone shared the same goal of learning and personal growth. The supportive environment helped all of us feel comfortable, even when the training became physically or mentally challenging. By the end of the course, I felt stronger, calmer, and much more confident in myself.
